Transport & Logistics project at PPP4
Almarai Company’s Poultry Division proposes to enhance its production capacity by adding two production lines with a capacity of 15,000 birds per hour/each line and total 30000 bird per hour. It is proposed to build a green field plant situated in Ghezlanh, Al Shamli area, 220km west of Hail in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The new plant will have its Live Birds arrival, Processing line, Administration Areas, Amenities, Utilities, Storages, Rendering Plant and Transport Workshop.
The objective of this project is to design and build a new and completely working Transport Workshop Facility (approx. area 55,000 sq. meter) with a total truck open parking capacity of 100 trucks.
The workshop facility will consist of the following:
- Washing Facilities
- Inspection Bays
- Fuel Tanks
- Admin & logistics office facilities - offices, meeting room, prayer room, tearoom, storeroom, toilet etc.
- Fuel Dispensers and offices
- External facilities – new road network, parking facilities (staff, trucks, and reefers), drainage, main gate / entrance, boundary fence and sewage facilities.
